Entering the Russian Federation you will be asked to show your passport and a valid Russian visa. We provide the entire service of delivering Russian visa only for people who are in Italy. For all other countries we provide Russian invitations: an invitation is an official request of visa realeased by a registered tour operator. In a few hours we will forward you an invitation and you could go to the nearest Russian consulate or give everything to your agency.

1. Your dates. Every invitation is personal so we need some simple dates about you and your travel. You may send everything to: This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it :

There are different ways of payment: if you are paying just the invitation the easiest and fastest is PayPal. But if you want you can pay by transfer: all information will be given by email.
 

2. Wait for the Paypal link or pay by transfer. If you decide to pay by PayPal (by credit card) we will send you the link by email, if you decide to pay by transfer we will give you all bank details. By the time you are paying we will make your invitation.

3. Check your mail and print out your invitation. For tourist visas the original invitation (which we have and can send you in any case) is not needed. So we will send you the invitation by mail in a few hours, we could print it out and with the photocopy go the closest Russian consulate.

The registration

By the third working day you should get a stamp in your passport called registration. We provide this service for anyone at the price of 18 € if you are not staying at some hotel. If you are staying at a hotel we advise you to ask at the reception, they should register you for free or charge few Euros.
